Gosh, don't know what I would make. But getting hands on would spur imagination.
ReplyDeleteI'm new to this whole blogging thing so this giveaway event has been a great opportunity for me to find great sites like this. And to see vintage doilies is super exciting for me. I've been collecting vintage hankies and these would coordinate so beautifully with the projects that are floating around in my head. Maybe you can help with something. How do you find the nerve to take a beautiful vintage piece and cut, or embellish or sew on it? Every I try I tell myself that I'm giving these treasures new life and they're certainly doing no good sitting in the drawer. Then I say, "but they're so pretty! How can I change it?" :-) Many thanks!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting this giveaway!
